LONDON, 3rd December 2025 — OneBefore, the insurance MGA specialising in accident, absence, health, and travel insurance, has partnered with Santé Group and Pulse Insurance to launch Santé Care, an innovative and affordable group healthcare product designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses.
Santé Care provides employees with a concierge-style service, making it quicker and easier to navigate and access healthcare when it’s needed most.
The product has been developed in partnership with Patient Advocate, using its specialist nurse-led triage model. Patient Advocate supports employees by connecting them to the full breadth of NHS services available – regardless of their location – ensuring they are directed to the most appropriate and fastest route to care.
The product will be distributed via the Santé Group network.
